Goodbye last year...hello this year

Au revoir à 2012 et bienvenue à 2013! Plus important Bonne Année a tout le monde!

All of sudden here we are in 2013! A fairly busy time ahead getting everything organised for the launch of the new online directory that has been underway since end of October. I have finally had and added all the late entries, some which came over the Christmas period and others that I just left until today and put them in today.

At the suggestion of a fellow designer I will be creating a blog button for everyone to use to share the directory. Once I have created it I will post the details.

So after a fair bit of effort The Little White Book is now (only just) complete, in terms of the page order and designer listings, so now I am just waiting on the four 'lucky dip' designs to come in from fellow creatives to fill up the page blanks.

I couldn't think up a way of picking these initially and didn't want any bias in terms of who to choose, so threw it onto the "For the love of print and pattern" Facebook group page without explanation - the idea being that the first 4 people to reply with a number between 5-79 (these being the designers now allocated page number) will in effect (unknowingly) have picked out the four lucky designers who get a bit more exposure. It seemed the fairest method....and I rather loved the randomness of it!
